Reasonably clean hotel in a newly renovated building so close to the airport, and Romes major sights. Absolutely perfect and nice location, gorgeous breakfast with good coffee.

I got lovely breakfasts with good coffee. The room was huge, newly furnished, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Doria Pamphilj Gallery.

We were in a magnificent location just a pleasant stroll away from a public square. This hotel was in an interesting area adjacent to the the train station which was very close by, even the Colosseum and city centre + main train station.

Nice services where available. The room was well-lit and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was good and magnificent, in the area, in the calm area.

The king room was new-fashioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast choices where incredible and lovely with good coffee. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from a noisy square.

Ideal place & luxurious room that was neat. I loved the room with fantastic amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good and excellent for walking around a late Medieval square.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and main train station. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary mini bar in the room. It was nice to have drinks readily available without having to worry about additional charges.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the shower in our room. It seemed a bit outdated and didn't match the quality of the other facilities in the hotel.

The fact that this is not a hotel, rather one floor of a building, mostly rented out to other businesses. It was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not available very often. There is no restaurant, they provide some snacks, two slices of cheese and salami, water and coffee from the machine. There is a problem with no hot/cold water in the morning. (They just apologized for this problem.) Although the staff told us that the check-out time is 2 pm, they started cleaning our room at 10am, while we went out. Coming back we found our belongings on the floor. After our complains they apologized again and kicked us out. On my comment that I will write about it at Booked.net the owner asked "how are you going to do it?" I will never think about staying this hotel again for sure and recommend Booked.net to list this "hotel" under hostel, ideal for backpackers.

We were a couple with a baby. The staff was very accommodating. Niccolo is English speaking, knowledgable and helpful. Place is new, very nice design, clean, nice breakfast and great location. Highly recommended!

The units were exceptionally clean with breakfast included. The staff are all exceptionally nice and pleasant. All in all they offer nice service. Besides, parking is nearby. The location walk from a bus station is marvellous.

It offered us excellent location right by Colosseum, all sightseeing attractions: to the Trevi fountain, to the Piazza di Spagna where the famous stairs are which Audrey Hepburn walked down or even the Colosseum and the train station Termini.

Newly decorated hotel with complimentary free Wi-Fi. Breakfast with good coffee. Central location and near a bus station. A few minutes walk to a supermarket and boutiques, away from the main road.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room huge & new-fashioned. The food was delightful, drinks were free soft. The location was great, near a late Medieval square.
